Founded in 1978, the Centaline Group is a conglomerate engaged mainly in real estate agency business, including property management, measurement and valuation, mortgage agency, asset management and other fields. It owns the flagship brands Centaline Property Agency, Ricacorp Properties, Baoyuan Property and CentaPro, as a forerunner and market leader in the real estate agency industry and related services. Besides, the Group has created a full range of diversified services, covering investment immigration, personnel consulting, data integration and software development.

 

Based in Hong Kong, the Group serves its core markets in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. After 40 years of development, it has established branch offices in 37 cities, with business covering 60 cities and employing more than 43,000 employees. With more than 1,700 outlets, it is one of the largest companies in the real estate agency industry.
