深港兩地交流日趨緊密,資金流動越來越頻繁,逐步形成兩地資金融洽的機制。因此,深圳中原特設立駐港辦公室,正式啟動內地客戶投資境外房地產的資訊平臺。駐港辦業務包括定期分享香港最新樓盤,樓市資訊與市場動向;定期舉辦培訓會,考察團以互動的合作模式增進深港兩地公司內部交流;配合及協助組織集團內各項活動等。讓中原同事及客戶都能在平臺上獲得深港房地產的最新資訊。

Centaline Shenzhen set up a representative office in Hong Kong as an information platform for Mainland customers investing in overseas real estate. ROHK aims at providing the latest information on Shenzhen-Hong Kong real estate for Centaline staff and customers. Besides, it keeps abreast of the latest market developments, information and trends in Hong Kong, in addition to holding training sessions and visits, and organizing various activities to enhance coordination between Centaline staff in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.


In line with the development of the Greater Bay Area, the flow of funds and information between the two places will be opened up.
