深圳中原地产 董事总经理

郑叔伦先生


1993年于香港大学毕业后,即加盟中原集团,负责策划及销售国内物业。首届中国(深圳)地产成功经营模式大型推介活动中,获取“深圳十大操盘精英奖”。1997年深圳中原初创深港策划中心,从事楼盘的代理策划。1998年出任策划中心总监,之后在楼盘策划上取得令人瞩目的成就。 


2004年5月任公司副总经理。2005年8月深圳中原二级市场全面改革,将中原的策划、销售两大部门合并,进行资源整合,在整合的过程中,加强执行力的提升,逐步建立“品控”机制及实现“大深圳”策略。2006年5月出任二级市场总经理职务,全面负责二级市场工作。此后,升任中原地产华南(大深圳区)董事副总经理。

 
2012年11月,接任深圳中原地产董事总经理,全面负责中原地产的深圳业务。2014年,升任中原地产(中国内地)副总裁兼深圳中原董事总经理。2021年,升任中原地产(中国内地)华南区总裁兼深圳中原总经理。

Founded in 1997, Centaline Property Agency (Shenzhen) Limited originates from Hong Kong and belongs to the Centaline Group.
